I’m Laura, and I bloody love recruitment. With nearly 20 years in the industry, I’ve launched one of Australia’s most awarded business support agencies and trained hundreds of recruiters throughout my career.

Along the way, I’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to be successful, and it’s my passion to share this knowledge through the delivery of workshops, training programs and advisory services for Recruiters and Agency Owners.

My Story

I have dedicated my career to developing world class recruitment standards and challenging the status quo of outdated practices. I love the psychology of recruitment and am just as passionate today as I was in my first candidate interview many (many) moons ago.

I never train on anything I haven’t experienced myself. And I believe this lived experience gives me the credibility to deliver relatable and practical workshops that Recruiters walk away from saying ‘I now know how to do that, and I am excited to do so!’

Outside of my professional life, I am Mum to a beautiful toddler, which has been my greatest achievement yet, and have an almost unhealthy passion for running, which I balance strategically with cooking, chardonnay sampling, hiking and ocean dipping!
